Behind the three partners is a wider collective of senior associates we call our Unblockers. When an engagement needs more hands, specialist depth, or a facilitator working in the team’s own language, we bring in experienced independents we’ve worked alongside for years, people who share our approach and our standards.
Based across Europe and working well beyond it, we work in Dutch, English, French, German, and Chinese, with more within reach. The hardest conversations land best in a leader’s own language.
