Who is it for?
Our Leader Roundtables provide a platform for executives, directors, business unit managers, team leaders, and transformation leaders.

What can you expect?
These sessions are not ordinary meetings; they are an opportunity to come together, learn, and grow. Each 90-minute roundtable begins with an engaging and high-quality presentation in which we delve deep into the selected topic with theoretical insights and practical examples. We then move to small groups to discuss the topic in more detail and have valuable conversations.

Who’s attending?
About 10-20 leaders show up for each session, coming from a variety of companies in different countries and industries. Some are top-level executives, others are responsible for transforming the organization or its leadership. We'll use breakout rooms to create space for small group conversations.

What are the sessions about?
We curate session topics from attendees. So far, the identified topics are adaptive strategy, ownership, and decision-making.
