A worldwide community of senior leaders, meeting quarterly to work through the hardest parts of leading an organization.
What they are
Four times a year, we bring together a small group of leaders from different companies, industries, and countries for a focused online session. Each one takes on a single theme, the same themes this work and the book keep returning to: adaptive strategy, real ownership, faster decisions, and building a team that performs.
A session runs 90 minutes. We open with a short talk that pairs the theory with real examples, then move into small groups to think it through together, guided by an experienced Unblock moderator. You leave with a few ideas you can use that week, and a handful of peers wrestling with the same things you are.
Who it’s for
Senior leaders, executives, and the people driving change inside their organizations. The room is deliberately mixed across sectors and geographies, so the perspectives are fresh and nobody is comparing notes with a direct competitor.
